From Markham, we support customers and business partners across North America with product preparation and post-sale technical guidance.
Our workflow combines system assembly, burn-in and stability testing, and practical functional checks intended to identify common hardware, setup and connectivity issues before fulfillment.

Processor, memory, storage, graphics and key device information are checked against the expected configuration.
Systems complete a burn-in test cycle to verify sustained operation and key hardware behavior, together with startup, device recognition, display and connectivity checks.
A final configuration review is completed before the system proceeds to fulfillment.
Our support workflow covers initial system setup, display and peripheral connections, wireless connectivity, driver guidance and basic troubleshooting. When an issue requires deeper investigation, the case can be escalated for technical review.
